From mere open space for your event to catering and other special touches, the River Plantation Conference Center near Gatlinburg has your gathering needs covered. The conference center is open from 7:00am until 11:00pm, and prices to rent out this facility will depend on whether you want to use a particular side of the building or the entire building, as well as the amount of time you will need it for.
Side A of the conference center, which is 52 feet by 51 feet, includes a projector screen, microphones, tape, CD, and DVD players. This portion of the building can work well for wedding receptions, meetings with slideshows, and more. Costs range from $250 for a half day (from one to four hours) to $650 for all day (from nine to twelve hours).
Side B has 47 feet by 51 feet of open space, which might be better suited for a ceremonial area for a wedding or a dining room for the people in your party. Side B can be rented for a half day for $250 or for all day for $650. To rent out both sides of the conference center, prices range from $425 for a half day to $1000 for all day. Any extra time beyond nine to twelve hours will cost $75 per hour.
All booking prices include the set-up and clean-up of chairs, tables, and trash removal. River Plantation Conference Center also offers banquet seating for three hundred and fifty or more people, theater and classroom-style seating, breakout rooms, an onsite caterer, group packages, a dance floor, a stage, tablecloths, a podium, microphones, audio equipment, a projector, and DJ services for additional fees.
